Google Forms is an amazing tool that Google offers as part of Google Drive. You can create surveys, exit tickets, registration & parent information forms, brainstorming activities, even self-grading quizzes! Google Forms automatically sends responses to a spreadsheet that it creates and ties to your form), where you can track results, create charts and graphs, etc. It's jammed packed with options to help you create a simple or elaborate form that will gather exactly the info you need.
